Gravytrain Ltd Case Study: PIQuoteDirect

PIQuoteDirect is part of Bedford's QuoteDirect insurance website, designed, built and hosted by Gravytrain Limited. The site offers users the chance to get quotes on professional indemnity insurance. Bedfords asked us at Gravytrain to re-build the enquiy form, that users fill out, with new questions that were provided to Gravytrain by Bedford's.

Gravytrain looked at the list of questions and noticed that the user would choose a profession in the form and based on their proffession answer a number of different questions. We at Gravytrain incorporated this into our design by using JavaScript to hide certain questions that the user would have to answer. With this idea in mind, Gravytrain Limited planned to make the form shorter and in turn more accessible for the user to use and fill out. Gravytrain Limited used this technique for other questions such as 'claims history' and 'previous insurers'.

The new PIQuoteDirect form has not yet been made live yet as Gravytrain Limited is still in the process of testing and evaluating the form. Stay tuned to this offical Gravytrain Limited blog to keep up to date with the latest news straight from Gravytrain itself.

Gravytrain Ltd Case Study: Insure2BSure

Gravytrain Ltd was approached by the Irish Insurance Broker, O'Learys Insurance Group, and was asked to create them a website with a completely new look and feel as well as a logo that they could launch a whole new branding campaign with.

Our designers at Gravytrain limited came up with a number of different proposals but eventually came to a final decision with O'Learys on a new logo that both Gravytrain and the client could work with. The logo consisted of a new name 'Insure2Bsure' and a new colour scheme of blue and orange. The designers at Gravytrain limited were happy with this as it was something they could easily adapt and work with.

The designers here at Gravytrain got to work on the new look and feel of the site and came up with a number of different proposals consisting of a number of different ideas for the client to look through and choose from. With these proposals and ideas Gravytrain worked together with O Leary's and produced a fresh new look and feel to their website and created a number of different new functions and call to actions that the user could use.

Gravytrain Limited are currently in the process of constructing the O'Leary's website and as of yet the new site is not live. Keep tuning into this official Gravytrain Limited blog to stay up to date with the latest news from all of Gravytrain's clients and their websites.

Gravytrain Ltd Case Study: PropertyQuoteDirect

PropertyQuoteDirect is another insurance site for Gravytrain Ltd's client Bedfords Insurance. Gravytrain was asked to build the site based on the other QuoteDirect sites colour scheme and design. It had to be easy to use and provide its users with information regarding the different insurance policies that Bedfords had to offer.

Gravytrain decided to create a landing page for each of the property insurance policies that Bedfords had to offer to its users. These landing pages were specific to each policy and what landing page a user would land on, would depend on what keywords they entered into the search engine they used. Gravytrain Limited done this to boost conversion rates and to make sure that the user would quickly find exactly what they was looking for when they landed on the site.

Gravytrain Ltd also created the site using the same design and branding as the other QuoteDirect sites so that PropertyQuoteDirect would look part of the Bedfords network of sites.

Gravytrain has not yet launched the QuoteDirect web site but will post all the latest news and updates about this site on this Gravytrain Limited blog.

Gravytrain Ltd Case Study: IPRQuoteDirect

Gravytrain is currently in the final stages of creating a massive insurance site for Bedfords Insurances. One type of insurance that Bedfords specialises in is Intellectual Property and they asked us at Gravytrain Ltd to add a section to the site specifically for users looking to take out Intellectual Property cover.

Gravytrain Ltd came up with the answer and that was IPRQuoteDirect. IPRQuoteDirect was designed and constructed by gravy train. The design of the site was identical to all the other sections of Bedfords QuoteDirect site and this made IPRQuoteDirect fit in perfectly with the rest of the site.

Gravytrain created IPRQutoeDirect so that users will browse the site in the hope, from Bedfords point of view, that the user will fill out an enquiry from which would be sent to Bedfords containing contact information and needs for that user, giving Bedfords the opportunity to convert the user into a customer.

So far the site has not gone live, but keep your eyes peeled here on Gravytrain blog for the latest news and updates from Gravytrain Ltd and Gravytrain hosted websites.

Gravytrain Ltd Case Study: Rathbone Media

Rathbone Media came to us at Gravytrain and asked us to redesign their current web site design to make the site more attractive to the eye as well as making the site easier to use and to update all of the content within the site.

Gravytain Ltd's design team got straight to work on the new site and gave it a completely new look with a new navigation bar and incorporated the idea of colour branding each section of the site with a different colour so that users can recognise what part of the site they are in instantly.

Gravytrain also took the 'people' section of the website and completely redesigned it. The Gravy train designers found the old section to content intensive and shortened all of the CV's and gave requested pictures from Rathbone of all the members of staff to add to the CV's. Gravytrain's new design first has a summary of the CV then invited the user to click a hyperlink which would take them to the full CV of that member of staff if they wanted to read more about that member of staff.

Rathbone Media's new website is nearly complete and the Gravytrain designers are very pleased with the new and improved site and we hope Rathbone Media will feel the same way about their new web site. The site will go live in the very near future and news about this site going live will appear on this Gravytrain blog so stay tuned for more news updates and case studies from us at Gravytrain Limited.
